Q. Is it safe to use my credit card? Is your site secure?
A. Yes. It is safer to use your credit card on our site than at a mall. Our site is equipped with Secure Socket Layer technology. If you access the Fi-Full's Wood Works site using a secure browser such as Netscape or Internet Explorer, the personal data you send us (name, address, phone number, credit card information, etc.) is encrypted for your protection during the transmission process and can only be decoded by Fi-Full's Wood Works.
Your personal information is never at risk. When you enter the shopping cart area of our website, you will see the secure lock symbol and https in the URL section of your browser. SSL is short for secure socket layer, a protocol developed for transmitting private documents via the Internet. SSL works by using a private key to encrypt data that's transferred over the SSL connection. Both Netscape Navigator and Internet Explorer support SSL, and many Web sites use the protocol to obtain confidential user information, such as credit card numbers. For your added security, Fi-Full's Wood Works requires the highest levels of card authorization information including complete address verification on all credit card transactions as well as the use of the CVV number on the back of your card.
Q. Do you share my personal information collected on this site?
A. Absolutely not. We shop on the net like you and hate the idea of someone selling our information. We will not do that to any of our customers.
Q. How soon will my order be shipped?
A. Most orders will be shipped from stock and will be on their way within 3 business days. Special orders will take 10 to 14 business days to complete prior to shipment. It takes this long to insure the quality product we are proud of.
Q. Is there a minimum purchase amount?
A. No. You can order any amount, this is suppose to be a fun way to shop.
Q. What are the products made of?
A. Most items are made from basswood, as that is the best wood to carve. A few products are made from pine. Basswood will be use in every case, unless it becomes unavailable.
Q. Can I personalize a gift?
A. Currently the only product that allows this without an additional charge is the Cat Noteboard. You can place a personalized note on the letter holder.

Q. I have received an order and it has been damaged. What do I do?
A. Immediately send an e-mail to sales@fifulls.com and give details of the damage. We will contact you via e-mail within 48 hours and let you know what to do with the item(s).
